Where we are, honestly

StoreInsights has not launched. You will not find customer logos, testimonials or a merchant count on this page, because we do not have them yet — and a profit tool that starts with made-up numbers has no business asking you to trust its numbers. What follows is what the product does today, what it does not do yet, and a demo you can open right now and judge for yourself.

The Hidden Problem

Revenue Is Not Profit

Scaling ads on ROAS alone is dangerous. The costs that decide whether a campaign makes money live in three different tools, and none of them talk to each other.

Shopify Shows Revenue

Shopify's own analytics stop at gross margin. Ad spend is not in there, so the number you celebrate is not the number that reaches your bank account.

Meta Reports Its Own Grade

Ads Manager scores itself with its own attribution window, in its own currency conversion, against revenue it has no way of costing. Reported ROAS and your P&L rarely agree.

The Costs In Between

Cost of goods per variant, shipping per destination country, discounts. They sit in a spreadsheet that is updated once a quarter, if at all — so nobody knows the daily number.

What The Product Does

One P&L, Two APIs

Everything below exists in the product today. You can check every screen in the demo.

Core Feature

A Daily Net-Profit Line

Orders come from the Shopify API, spend comes from the Meta Marketing API, costs come from your own settings. The result is one profit figure per day, per store — recomputed server-side after every sync, not in a spreadsheet.

  • Net revenue after discounts
  • Cost of goods, per product variant
  • Shipping cost, per destination country
  • Meta ad spend — total spend from the API, not only what the pixel claims

Not counted yet: payment-processor fees, refunds and VAT/OSS are not deducted in the current build, and Google and TikTok spend are not connected. We would rather tell you than have you find out in month two.

Net revenue €1,000.00
- COGS -€300.00
- Meta ad spend -€400.00
- Shipping -€150.00
NET PROFIT €150.00

Round numbers, for illustration.

Campaign Command Center

Down To The Ad Set And The Creative

Campaigns, ad sets and creatives in one explorable tree, each with its own spend, its own period-scoped figures and its own contribution to the day's profit — so the question stops being "is this campaign working" and becomes "which ad set is buying revenue at a loss".

Example of an automated alert

"Ad set Lookalike 1% has a ROAS of 3.0 but a negative margin once cost of goods and shipping to CA are deducted."

Alerts are plain threshold rules — a ROAS floor, a margin target, a cost-per-order ceiling. They run today on defaults set during onboarding; editing them from the interface is not built yet. No black box, no model guessing on your behalf.

Campaign tree Last 7 days
Summer_Promo €1,240
Lookalike 1% +€120
Retargeting -€40
Creative 03 -€65

Orders carry their UTMs

Every synced order keeps the UTM campaign, source and medium it arrived with, and the attribution view groups spend, orders and ROAS by campaign. Putting Meta's own attributed numbers side by side with what your UTMs say is still to come.

Several stores, one login

Switch between connected stores from the sidebar; each keeps its own costs, targets and history. Team members can be invited to an organisation.

In development

Cash forecast

Profit is not cash. The next thing we are building is what your balance looks like in 30, 60 and 90 days — payout timing included. It is not in the product yet.

Simple Setup

Connect, Then Read Your Numbers

1

Connect

OAuth with Shopify and Meta. The Shopify scopes are read-only — read_orders and read_products — so we never write to your store. Meta additionally needs business_management to list your ad accounts. Tokens are held server-side and never saved in your browser.

2

Backfill

We pull your recent orders and your Meta spend to build a baseline. The sync asks Shopify for 90 days; a standard app only gets the last 60 until Shopify grants extended access. From then on the data refreshes while the dashboard is open, and a manual refresh is one click away. Scheduled background syncing is not switched on yet.

3

Set your costs

Variants found in your orders are listed for you to price, and shipping rates are set per country. Those two inputs are what makes the profit line yours instead of a guess.

Instead Of Testimonials

Judge It Yourself

The demo is the actual dashboard, running on a generated 60-day sample dataset. No account, no card, no email address.

Every screen

Daily P&L, profit calendar, campaign tree, alerts, product margins.

Sample data only

Generated locally in your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere, nothing is stored on our side.

Nothing to undo

The sample data stays in your own browser until you clear it from the settings screen. It never touches a real store, and a real store never sees it.

Nothing Is For Sale On This Page

There is no billing in the product yet, so there is no price list here either. We are onboarding a small group of EU Shopify merchants who run Meta ads, and setting the pricing with them.

Free during the beta

No card, no trial countdown, no charge when the beta ends without your say-so.

Priced by orders, not by GMV

The intention when we launch: a flat monthly fee per order-volume tier. Your bill should not grow just because you had a good month.

A direct line

You talk to the person building it, and what you flag as wrong gets fixed or gets said out loud.
